RATE: PHP 3,500/PERSON

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 

1.    Applicants passports with blank pages and at least six (6) months validity left before expiration

2.    A truly and completely filled Visa Application Form (Form V.2013A) affixed with one (1) passport size or 2x2 colored photos, with white back ground, full-face front view, and no hat. Photo must glued on the application form. Stapled pictures will not be accepted. Scanned photos will also not be accepted. U.S. passport holders must submit two (2) application forms with two (2) photos.

3.    Previously used china visa in old or new passport (only visa stickers will be accepted. Those with stamped visas must submit additional documents for first time China visa applicants. Please refer to the list below)

4.    A copy of Round-trip plane ticket

5.    Hotel Reservation

6.     For first time applicants to China, (Philippine Passport holders), they are required to provide the following:

a.    Bank Certificate should contain the following information and with balance of at least PHP 100,000.00

-        Type of Account

-        Account Number

-        Account Opening Date

-        Average Daily Balance and to-date/current balance

-        Attached the original Official Receipt/Debit Memo/Certification of Waived Fee

In addition to the Bank Certificate, submit the following supporting documents/:

(Supporting documents should have the same Bank Account number with the Bank Certificate and should match all the information stated in the Bank Certificate)

b.    Statement of Accounts detailing transactions for 6 months prior to applying for visa (original and photocopy of all pages), OR

c.    Passbook detailing transactions for 6 months prior to applying for visa (original and photocopy of all pages)

7.    Original and photocopy of latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR received stamp

IF EMPLOYEE:

·       Original Employment Certificate with approved Leave of Absence (Must include applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, address, office landline and email address)

·       Copy of Company ID

IF BUSINESSMEN:

·       Copy of Business Permit/ Mayor’s Permit

·       Copy of DTI/SEC

IF STUDENTS:

·       Original School Certificate

·       Copy of School ID

IF RETIREES:

·       Retirement Documents or copy of Senior Citizen ID

FOR APPLICANTS WHO WILL BE SPONSORED BY THEIR EMPLOYERS

Note: Only applicant’s current and direct employer is allowed to serve as sponsor

·       Employer’s Original Bank Certificate

·       Statement of Accounts detailing transactions for 6 months prior to applying for visa (original and photocopy of all pages), OR

·       Passbook detailing transactions for 6 months prior to applying for visa (original and photocopy of all pages)

·       Sponsorship Letter or Guarantee Letter from the employer

FOR APPLICANTS WHO WILL BE SPONSORED – PARENTS, SPOUSE, CHILDREN

·       Copy of PSA Marriage Certificate for spouse as proof of relationship

·       Copy of PSA Birth Certificate for children as proof of relationship

·       Sponsorship Letter or Affidavit of Support

Other documents required by the visa officers if necessary
